Return & Refund Policy
At FVRT Fragrance, we take great care in crafting and packaging every order. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following circumstances:

The product was damaged during transit.

The wrong product was delivered.

The product is defective upon arrival.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used fragrances

Products with broken seals
-
Gift cards
-
Discovery sets that have been used or sampled

Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by FVRT Fragrance.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or if an incorrect product was shipped.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
